These terms apply to your use of nusani.com and to the tools Nusani Media ("Nusani", "we", "us") uses to deliver its services. Client engagements are also governed by the written agreement signed with each client. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Use of this website

You may use nusani.com to learn about our services and to contact us. Do not misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or submit false or harmful information through its forms.

Our services

Nusani provides marketing fulfillment services, including paid media management, analytics, tracking, web, and content work. The scope, fees, and deliverables of any engagement are set out in the agreement with that client.

Account access

When a client gives Nusani access to advertising, analytics, or website accounts, including through Google APIs, we use that access only to perform the work the client has requested. Clients remain the owners of their accounts and data and can remove our access at any time. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on nusani.com belong to Nusani or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in each client agreement.

No guarantees

Advertising and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. Information on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nusani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Third-party services

Our work relies on platforms such as Google, Meta, and hosting providers. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of those platforms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
