This policy explains how Nusani Media ("Nusani", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nusani.com, contact us, or work with us as a client. Nusani provides white-label marketing fulfillment for agencies and businesses, including paid media management, analytics, web, and content services.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number if provided, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Client account data. When a client authorizes us to manage their marketing, we access the advertising, analytics, and website accounts they grant us, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and provide the services a client has engaged us for.
To manage, report on, and improve our clients' advertising campaigns, tracking, and websites.
To keep our website and systems secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to the services we provide.

Google API data

Nusani uses internal tools that connect to Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, to manage and report on advertising accounts that our clients have authorized us to access. These tools are used only by Nusani staff.

Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the services our clients request, such as campaign management, reporting, and troubleshooting. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties except as needed to provide those services or as required by law, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Nusani's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access can be removed at any time from your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by removing Nusani's access from the relevant advertising or analytics account.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form delivery, and email, and only as needed for them to perform that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies

nusani.com does not use advertising cookies. The site loads fonts and scripts from third-party content networks, which may receive standard technical data such as your IP address when your browser requests those files.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry and client data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We protect it with access controls, encrypted connections, and limited staff access.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the form on our home page. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
